Pan Sitong (1903.10 – 1980.3), Xinhui, Guangdong Province. He was one of the early well-known watercolorists. In 1922, he was admitted into Shanghai Art School, graduated in 1925. In 1923, he found “White Goose Association” with Chen Qiucao and Fang Xuegu, published “White Goose Illustrated”. In 1934, renamed “White Goose Primary School”. During 1929 to 1931, he was the sketch and watercolor professor of Shanghai Art School. In 1933, he was the art editor of Shanghai Commercial Press and the art editor of Dacheng Publishing Company. Since 1955, he has been teaching in East China Branch of Central Academy of Fine Arts (later Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts) for a long time.
